GimletFest will take place at BRIC House: 647 Fulton St, Brooklyn, NY 11217 (Entrance is on Rockwell Place). BRIC is a non-profit arts organization that presents and incubates work by artists and media-makers who reflect the diversity of Brooklyn.

Street parking is available in the immediate vicinity. There’s a paid parking garage at 66 Rockwell Place (diagonally across from BRIC), and more garages within just a few blocks.

What is GimletFest?

GimletFest is the best of Gimlet Media brought to life in a two-day festival. Tickets are available for standalone shows, or as an all-inclusive two-day pass.

What does my ticket get me?

Every ticket to GimletFest includes come-and-go access to the rest of the festival space (aka, everywhere except the mainstage theater) for the full weekend. Come early, stay late, soak it up! You can hang out with other Gimlet fans, enjoy food and drinks, shop the Gimlet store and more!

When does GimletFest start and end each day?

Doors open at 11:00A Saturday and 11:30A Sunday. No guests will be allowed inside the GimletFest venue before these times, except for people with tickets to Story Pirates Breakfast for Sunday morning.

Doors close at 11:00P on Saturday and 10:00P Sunday. All guests must be out of the GimletFest venue by these times.

If I leave GimletFest, can I get back in?

Yes, but you must have your wristband on your wrist in its original condition.

Are minors allowed to come to GimletFest?

Yes, but anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter GimletFest.

Will there be food & drinks available at GimletFest?

Yes, GimletFest features a cafe and two bars offering for-purchase food and drink. The food menu includes vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options. Beer, wine and mixed drinks must be purchased with a government-issued, valid ID.

No food is permitted into the theater space. Drinks must have lids to be permitted into the theater space.

What can I bring into GimletFest?

Personal bags and other items brought into the GimletFest venue are subject to search.

Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are permitted into GimletFest, but there is no food permitted into the theater space. Drinks must have lids to be permitted into the theater space.

No animals or pets are allowed into GimletFest except for certified service animals.

Are there gender-neutral bathrooms available at GimletFest?

Yes, gender-neutral bathrooms are available in the Main Hall at GimletFest. Additional bathrooms can be found downstairs.

Is GimletFest ADA accessible?

Yes, the GimletFest venue and experience are 100% ADA accessible.

I didn’t get a ticket to a show but I still want to see GimletFest. Can I get in?

Walk-ins are welcome into the GimletFest festival space (aka, everywhere except the mainstage theater), on a limited, first come, first served basis. Due to capacity and safety concerns, we cannot guarantee entry to everyone who tries to come.

Will the event be photographed, filmed or recorded?

Yes, GimletFest will be photographed, filmed and recorded by or on behalf of Gimlet Media, Inc. (“Gimlet”). By entering the venue you volunteer and irrevocably grant to Gimlet the right to photograph and film your image and record your voice, and to own, use, and authorize others to do the same forever in any manner and in any medium, worldwide, including, without limitation, in Gimlet programming and other sponsored programming and the promotion thereof.

You acknowledge that you are at least eighteen years of age. If you are under the age of eighteen, you represent that you have obtained your parent’s/guardian's consent to enter this area and be bound by the terms set forth herein.

General Policies

GimletFest and BRIC expressly reserve the right in its sole discretion to require any person to leave the Facility.

Any guest that directly or indirectly interferes with the enjoyment of GimletFest may be asked to leave.

GimletFest will make every effort to ensure socially acceptable behavior in order to allow festival goers to enjoy the event.

All persons, bags and personal items are subject to inspection before entering GimletFest.

The GimletFest venue is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is prohibited within 20 feet of the main entrance. Smoking and the use of illegal substances or drugs are prohibited at all times in and around the GimletFest venue.
